We had to have our roof redone just 4 years after we had a new one placed. The GC who did the roof last time didn't do a ridge vent and placed the ice and water shield on the entire roof, these things caused our attic crawl space to become an oven with zero ventilation which then caused mold to grow. Connell Roofing came out and were very honest and upfront with what needed to be done. The day of construction the team was there on time with a project manager present the whole time. We are so impressed on how well they worked as a team and how clean they were. They didn't mess around and made sure everything went smooth. I am happy to say we now have a beautiful, safe and efficient roof. Thank you Connell, we will recommend you to anyone!!
